Can You Imagine A Beautiful Life?

Imagine awakening one morning to notice that you are using your unique abilities in a totally gratifying way, that you are feeling glorious in your body, and that your life feels rich and complete. Now ask, what sort of time and cash have you spent attempting to measure up to the cultural ideal of female beauty? Each year US people spend over $40 bn. on dieting. Folk put enormous life energy into studying the most recent diet, planning menus, vacillating over food decisions, depriving themselves, and doing types of exercise they do not even enjoy. There’s so much more to life than the unending search to make the body look like the cultural beauty ideal. It does not have to be that way. Before the dieting craze started, folks outlined themselves much more by who they were and what they actually did in the world.

They spent their life energies improving the world around them rather than spending their time attempting to look gorgeous.

They targeted on their family, their community, and their unique abilities. And the look we are taught to wish is not even obtainable. And models? Not only are their pictures heavily airbrushed to get rid of any’flaws’, they sometimes stand 5′9′ and weigh 110 pounds.

The typical American girl, at 5′4′ and 140 pounds just isn’t ever going to appear like that plasticized model regardless of how hard she tries. Some of the time and cash we spend trying to appear like those actresses and models may be much used more wisely living a great life. It’s disturbing to see stars starving themselves into shrunken bodies. How much more seemly it is to accept the superb bodies we came into this world with and put our life energies and money into making a food contribution to the world around us. We each have much more to give than merely trying to gain a cultural beauty standard.

You are attractive at this time, precisely as you are.

Take your life back from the media machine.

Within every one of us live hopes, dreams, abilities, and the capability for a joyous, rich life. Life goes by fast.
